I have always loved the tones of indigo blue… not just because it brings out my eyes. Having done tie-dye for so many years with procion dyes I was really drawn to look for color through natural dyes. Once I was introduced to Indigo I was hooked and then learning and understanding more the design of Shibori opened up a world of possibilities. The additional elements are how the dyes choose to make their own designs. I learn to not have an expectation but be thankful for the beautiful that has grown out of the process.
